VISTA 5.0 Ticketmaster VISTA version 5.0 contains the following new features and enhancements: Combos Users can now combine multiple events and inventory into a single line item. A combo provides improved workflow for end-users and ease of use. In addition the revenue flow to assigned GL codes happens automatically. VISTA Data Exchange The membership module contains a new tool designed to automatically import membership data, including additional card holder info, from a variety of locations and file sources. The Data Exchange tool has the capability of retrieving data from Raiser's Edge running on Microsoft SQL Server. In addition, it can retrieve data from a file location for organizations who want to export files manually from any data source. Individuals - Mobile Phone The individual record contains a new field for mobile phone entries. Membership Automatic reminders can be configured for expired and soon to be expired memberships. Multiple Memos - Reports Identify specific memos that will display if your selected report has been designed to display a memo. Pricing Categories - Memos All pricing categories (tickets, other event charges, packages, etc.) now have support for a memo field. Security Void and edit line items via the Front Desk are now protected with security. Users without access (default setting) will not be able to void or edit a line item on an existing sale. Override permissions can permit a user to make the necessary modifications. Event Description Codes Programs can be configured with a default event description code (maximum of 8 characters). Event Calendar Report A graphical calendar report for events is available to display event description codes for up to 6 events, event start time and booked attendance.
