VISTA® - A Ticketmaster Product
BETA Client Process
VISTABETA clients agrees to install a new release of VISTA and follow a prescribed process to review, provide feedback and place into production a VISTA release.
Phase 1: Acceptance Testing
We recognize that organization desire to evaluate software before they place into product or general release. This phase is typcially a two week process in which a set of sample test scripts are provided to the client. The client will add or edit the scripts to evaluate the product release to match usage at the client's location. Feedback to a dedicated VISTA representative will occur within the two week time frame.
Sample Schedule:
- Kick of meeting to review feature before the two trial begins
- Technical assistance with a training database to evaluate the version
- A dedicated representative to provide feedback
Phase 2: Production Roll Out
A successful acceptance test period will lead to a production roll out. During this phase the client will install the product for all end-users to use.
Sample Schedule:
- Onsite monitoring and feedback to a Ticketmaster employee
- General usage by all end-users of VISTA at the venue
- Roll out should occur within two weeks of the Acceptance Testing end date
Phase 3: Check Up
Two weeks after the roll-out Ticketmaster will follow up with the client on any issues with a conference call. If a known issue is documented and is determined to be a critical/blocker issue our development team will take the necessary steps to introduce an update.
