1. ALL SQL versions should be installed in "Mixed Mode".
2. Backup your VISTA database nightly and perform incremental backups as needed.
3. Your VISTA file share should be backed up nightly. The two unique pieces to VISTA are the database, and the "Reports" folder located within the VISTA file share.
