This module is designed for organizations that perform multiple events under one title such as classes, courses and film series. It contains a comprehensive set of tools allowing you to easily schedule these or similar activities. The system manages bookings or enrollments for groups and individuals into each activity and maintains a detailed historical record for each participant. Confirmation letters, participant rosters, course schedules, availability summaries and many other reports are generated by this module.
The Passenger Manifest Module allows you to associate each passenger with his or her personal identification information. VISTA Software tracks which tickets have been printed and confirms which passengers have boarded, automatically maintaining a printable list of all persons authorized to be on a vessel during each cruise. Access to reservation information using passenger name, telephone or confirmation number facilitates rapid transactions and prompt customer service. This module produces detailed reports in addition to manifest lists.
The Multiple Currency Processing Module allows a site to accept and process foreign and local monies through VISTA Software. After identifying the host currency, any number of countries may be added, deleted or edited. VISTA Software automatically calculates the exchange rate for the currency tendered and gives change in the local currency. The exchange rates may be adjusted as frequently as necessary. Close out and general reports reflect not just the monies processed, but also the rate of exchange at the time of sale.
